Frequently asked questions
Can I still book one-off facials if I'm not a member?
Yes. One-off facials and treatments remain available to everyone. Membership is simply a way to save time and look after your skin consistently if you visit regularly.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Yes. Memberships run for 12 months, with one treatment per calendar month. That’s what lets us plan your skin properly across the year.
What's the difference between the tiers?
Each tier builds on the one before. Glow covers treatments up to $200, Radiance adds advanced options up to $320, and Luxe adds premium plasma treatments up to $400.
Can I change tiers later?
Talk to Meredith. If your skin goals change, she’ll help you find the tier that suits you best.
What happens if I don't use my monthly treatment?
Your membership includes one treatment per calendar month, so it’s best to book ahead. VIP priority booking lets you lock in up to 6 services in advance. If something comes up, talk to Meredith.
Can I use my membership for plasma treatments?
Yes. Cold plasma is included from Glow, cold and warm plasma from Radiance, and hot plasma treatments like the Fusion Plasma Eyelift, Lip Flip and Forehead in Luxe. Premium plasma packages can be part-redeemed across months.
Do you offer after-hours appointments?
Yes, after-hours appointments are available on request for members.
